R&B Soul Singer Hadar Binyamin

Steve Moule:

I met Hadar about a year and a half ago through Twitter  I must say she has a positively amazing attitude. Her music seriously speaks for itself to say the least...

My opinion: I have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to spend some time getting to know Hadar in person. I sure can tell you Hadar is a very well balanced lady indeed, hard working and very passionate about her music.
"Not to even mention Hadars humour" Ha! 10 out of 10 of course... Believe me this young lady has a host of talents about to break out worldwide...
Well Hadar is called “Jerusalem’s Soul Princess”. Personally i think that really says it all. Don't you?...

Hadar Binyamin’s entrances get noticed. Wherever she goes in Philadelphia, whether at a local jam session or at the legendary Sigma Sound studios.
This petite, dark-haired young Israeli woman is no stranger to turned heads. But to focus on Hadar’s looks is to miss the enormous power of her vocal talents. This is something you have to hear – and see – to believe.

The minute she takes the stage and starts singing, Hadar has her audience in the palm of her hand. She ranges seamlessly from soul to pop to ballads, infusing every song with earthy style and earnest delivery. Her classical choral training comes through in her impressive range and technicality. And her lifelong love of R&B shines through in everything she does onstage, as she creates a sound that pays tribute to the greats while creating something uniquely hers.

Above all, Hadar’s singing embodies a true musician’s sensibility. She is known as “Jerusalem’s Soul Princess” but by our reckoning, it’s more accurate to say that her voice belongs to the world. We are betting that once more people see what she’s all about, the day won't be far off when the world will be clamouring for more.

Rising Starlet Harriet McDonnell

Stevie’s Words…
“It really does go to show the power of having a Face-Book page, I was approached via an introduction from Harriet Mcdonnell herself, Oh boy was I shocked”

My view is that this talented young singer has one hell of a career ahead of her; I feel she will gain many opportunities over a very short period of time. After doing a little research I was completely overwhelmed by her past and influences! Harriet really is one to look out for I’m telling you.

Inspired by her Granddad who used to play guitar and sing just like Harriet does now to date, However when she was as young as six Harriet used to play bass drums along to his music as he was rehearsing.
Although her Grandfather never did any gigs himself. Harriet was only eight years old when he unfortunately passed away; his guitar was then handed down to her.
It was only after her Grandfather had passed away when Harriet really decided she wanted to learn how to play guitar, so she took lessons  and then went on to write her first song at only nine years old. Harriet is now 17 and studies full-time Music Performance in Derby. Harriet has been fully gigging for four years now in and around the Derbyshire area, England.

Harriet has recently been featured on Andy Potter's'Acoustic Sessions' on BBC Radio Derby where she played two of her songs live as well as an interview.
Harriet is also a BBC Introducing Artist and has been featured on BBC's 'The Beat'.

She enjoys making new contacts although still gigging to this day and still writing songs. The best is yet to come.
Some of Harriet’s influences: Nirvana, Skunk Anansie, Bob Dylan, Dido, Evanescence, Kodaline, Joan Armatrading, Janis Joplin, Joni Mitchell and many more

Harriet has covered a wide collection of songs from lots of different artists such as, Janis Joplin, Gnarls Barkley, Evanescence, Skunk Anansie, Nirvana, Joni Mitchell and many more. Harriet has many of her own songs written and is currently writing more.
Her genre: Acoustic Rock/Country/Folk/Alternative/Punk/Grunge/Pop, She is also in a metal/grunge/psychedelic band called RaNk

My team and I will support Harriet with her journey forward.. Hopefully we can help her make a difference. We wish her the very best of luck.
